Westbank Residential Trash FAQs
Our Western Wyoming Residential trash customers are billed at the first of the month and payments are due by the 15th. There are 4 billing options:
- Quarterly
- Monthly In Advance
- Monthly In Arrears
- Year in Advance
Westbank Sanitation accepts payments in cash, by check and from the following credit cards: American Express, MasterCard and Visa.
If weather-related service delays occur, updates will be posted throughout our website.
If your trash is bagged and placed out next to the cart, the driver will pick it up and you will be charged a minimal bag fee. If you would like to know the cost and explore any additional options before pickup, please call us at 307-733-2615 by noon the business day before your collection day.
If you are going on vacation for more than a month, call us at 307-733-2615, and we will temporarily suspend your service until you return.
